1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in and use of coaching and development services (“Services”) provided by Harbor for Healing, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in our Services, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase or participate in our Services.
2. Definition of Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative, client-driven process designed to help you identify goals, explore solutions, and create action steps toward personal growth, spiritual development, and/or professional advancement.
Coaching is NOT:

Therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment

Medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or care

Legal, financial, or professional advisory services
Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. It is not intended to treat mental illness, emotional disorders, or physical health issues. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, you must contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
3. Coaching Disclaimer
By engaging in our coaching services, you understand and agree that:

Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Coaching does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during coaching sessions and for any actions, decisions, or results that may arise from them.

If you are under the care of a mental health professional, it is your responsibility to discuss and obtain their approval before engaging in coaching.

Harbor for Healing, LLC and its representatives do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
4. Eligibility
By participating in our Services, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years old

Are voluntarily engaging in coaching

Understand that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results
5. Nature of the Coaching Relationship

The coaching relationship is voluntary and confidential within the limits of the law (see Section 10).

The client is solely responsible for implementing any decisions or actions discussed in coaching sessions.

Results are not guaranteed; your outcomes depend on your personal commitment, actions, and circumstances.
6. Services Provided
Services may include:

One-on-one coaching sessions

Group coaching programs
-
Workshops, retreats, and development training
-
Digital or downloadable coaching materials
Delivery methods may include in-person sessions, phone calls, video conferencing, or online platforms.
7. Fees & Payment

All fees must be paid in full before Services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices for Services are subject to change without notice.

Payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in a separate written agreement.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.

Missed sessions will not be rescheduled unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide high-quality coaching, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. You acknowledge that results depend on your own commitment, effort, and follow-through.
10. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Information shared in coaching sessions is kept confidential, except:

When disclosure is required by law

If there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others

To defend ourselves against legal claims
Group coaching participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information within the group setting.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to workbooks, guides, videos, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Harbor for Healing, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or otherwise share any materials without prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Harbor for Healing, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harbor for Healing, LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your actions or inactions in relation to the Services.
13. Use of Testimonials & Feedback
By providing feedback or testimonials, you grant Harbor for Healing, LLC the right to use your comments in marketing materials, unless you request in writing that your feedback remain private.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
